Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in our handmade products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept return and refund requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or broken during shipping. If your item arrives in any of these conditions, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To process your claim, you must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damage. This includes:

  • Photos of the damaged product from multiple angles
  • A photo of the original packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the damage

Refund or replacement requests submitted without sufficient proof will not be processed.

 

Test Orders & Immediate Refund Requests

We do not accommodate test orders. If an order is placed and a refund is immediately requested without a valid reason — such as damage or a defect — the refund will be denied. Our products are handmade with care and are produced, packed, and shipped upon order. Purchasing with the intent of requesting an immediate refund is not a legitimate use of our store, and such requests will not be honoured.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or modified in any way after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Items where no proof of damage or defect has been provided
  • Orders where a refund was requested immediately after purchase without a legitimate reason

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and within the 14-day window. Include your order number along with the required photographic or video evidence. Once we have reviewed your claim and verified the damage, we will issue either a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until your claim has been fully resolved, as we may request additional information.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item qualifies, you may choose to receive a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the original item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

European Union Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection law, during which you may cancel your order for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us for assistance.
